Glendale is drained by Cockle Creek and Winding Creek and the flood study names it among the worst-hit Lake Macquarie pockets for urban stormwater flooding, while most of its 1950s to 1970s houses drain through vitrified clay that splits with age. We also cover Elermore Vale, Rankin Park, Cardiff Heights, Cardiff, Boolaroo and Argenton. Call for a fixed quote.
