Maryland Plumbing Co

When a braided hose splits under a Maryland vanity, Maryland Plumbing Co answers, serving Maryland and the wider Newcastle area. Licensed plumbers, gasfitters and drainers, we work under Licence #359278C and carry 150+ five-star Google reviews. Every job is priced with a fixed, up-front quote before work starts, the written figure you agree to is the figure you pay, and there is no call-out fee in business hours. Work includes emergency plumbing, water leak detection, hot water repair and replacement across electric, gas, solar and heat pump systems, gas fitting, gas appliance installation and gas leak detection, plus blocked drains, blocked sewers, stormwater drains, CCTV drain inspections, drain jetting, tree root removal and no-dig pipe relining. Strata and real estate plumbing is handled with tenant access arranged and photo invoices for the owner or agent, and gutter guards and commercial plumbing too. Calls are answered by the team 24/7, 365 days a year, and same-day service is offered where the schedule allows. There is a 365-day warranty on all work, so if something we did is not right, ring the same number. Maryland's brick-veneer estate replaced farmland from the 1970s to the 1990s, so tanks, taps and flexible connectors along whole streets are ageing out together, and the reactive clay underneath nudges early sewer joints apart. Sections laid before the 1990s still run vitrified clay, and the big trees around Callan Avenue and Boundary Road hunt for any open joint. We also cover Hexham, Fletcher, Shortland and Wallsend.
